The current owner is the third owner since new and this vehicle has been a part of a beautiful and wonderful collection for many years. Only 9,007 of these vehicles were ever produced and there is no telling how many are left today, especially in this condition. Under the hood sits the original 324 Cubic Inch “Rocket” V8 gasoline motor that was the most powerful engine you could buy from Oldsmobile in 1955 as it made 202 Horsepower and 332 LB Ft of torque. This is an excellent power plant both in the Fifties and even today. The transmission is the original 3 Speed Hydra-Matic that has been rebuilt and has only 1500 miles on the rebuild. The vehicle fires right up and can cruise all day long. Does not have any issues and does not run hot even while sitting in traffic. The power top works perfectly and the convertible top is in excellent condition as it still looks brand new. The car is loaded with options from the fifties such as: two tone paint, padded dash board, automatic headlight dimmer, Hydra-Matic transmission, power steering, power brakes, power seat, and much more!
