1968 Dodge Charger 383 (391 .040 over) HP Auto. Mechanically excellent, body looks great. Ready to drive and enjoy. Has seat belts. AM radio rebuilt original with new dash speaker (hidden IPOD jack). Have build sheet. Med Green base / clear coat (1996 GM PPG), black vinyl top replaced. Same owner 20 yrs, always garaged and stored, no rain, 7000 on Odo, excellent driver, driven 500 mi/yr. Recent mechanical work (oil pan and intake/ engine all painted correct turquoise blue), HP exhaust manifold sandblasted and hi temp silver, good interior, original transmission and engine, PS/PB, TTI exhaust with tips, 14” steel wheels with original hubcaps (same as seen in Bullitt).
New parts include trans and eng mounts (all new seals and gaskets, bolts), correct oil pan and pickup, upper gaskets, bolts, hoses, wires, new battery, alternator, steering gear, master cylinder, etc.
Carter Performance Carburetor. Mopar performance: valve covers and air filter (black aluminum), electronic ignition (orange box). Radiator re-cored with extra row (original tanks). Originally an A/C car from south but no compressor, has air temp emblems on factory tinted windows. Many extras. Kept as original as possible. Metallic Green Interior, Moss Green carpet replaced, (Front seats and buns recovered original replacement from Legendary). Body restoration had new metal in full rear fenders, valence, corners, trunk, gas tank, new windshield, rubber, etc. Underside had only some minor surface rust, treated and coated with POR 15 black. Custom Noah car cover and two Mopar fender protectors included. Misc used and new parts, bulbs, hardware, Service manual, etc.
