Deluxe business coupe. In 1941, the Master and Special Deluxe had
updated styling from the year before with things such as a new
grill, new suspension, new curves, and the headlight mounted in the
fenders. This 41 Coupe is far from its days as a stock Chevy as it
has been customized & restored to the very cool ride you see today.
Starting with the exterior you will see the gray metallic paint
that was completed by Alamo custom & collision in Texas about 10
years ago & is in excellent condition, free from any dents or
noticeable scratches. The car has had a Mustang II front end clip
installed in the front of the car and a Camaro rear clip for the
back of the suspension & it was all properly modified & braced
accordingly. The headlights, side panels, doors & gas cap have all
been frenched and the fenders seams on the car have been welded
together & has a custom single piece hood. The coupe's body has
been lowered to give the car an aggressive stance & it has 1932
Ford door handles & door pulls. Powering this 41 Coupe is a 350 CID
V8 that has been bored .30 over & fitted with Keith Black flathead
racing pistons, Lunati "roller" camshaft (set up for 2500rpm
stall), Weiand high rise intake, Rochester 800cfm quadra-jet
carburetor, a new wiring harness, custom aluminum with electric
cooling fans, & it only has 2400 miles on the engine since the
build! Other upgrades include; A custom 3" stainless steel exhaust
system with dual flow master mufflers, battery relocated to the
trunk, & disc brakes in the front (drum in the rear). Paired the
350 V8 is a Turbo350 3-speed automatic transmission with a new
Lokar shifter that shifts smoothly throughout the 3:73 gears in the
rear differential. The old steering system was upgraded with power
steering coupled with a new rack & pinion system so this coupe is
ready to cruise! Looking at the interior you will find a nice gray
leather seats, door panels, & the carpet is also in great
condition. The rest of the interior includes, new warner electric
gauges that give you all the engines performance info at glance.
Not to mention the electric windows, updated CD player with AM/FM
radio, custom finished trunk, tilt steering wheel, & a new Vintage
air conditioning (GEN II) system with billet aluminum compressor
that blows cold! This car was a 1st place winner at the Houston
Autorama car show in 2009 & 2010. You could be the new owner of
