Vehicle Description
Here is a great example of one of America's Iconic automobiles.
The 1955 Chevrolet Bel Air 2 door hardtop.
Originally built in Janesville, WI; this car spent its entire life
in Southern Wisconsin, but you would never know! This car has
obviously been well-taken care of, as it does not show like a
typical northern classic car.
This car has received a cosmetic restoration which included a
re-paint of the exterior. The exterior paint was applied some time
ago, so you can be sure there will not be any "surprise" spots that
show up in the near future. This quality paintjob is tried and
true, and looks beautiful.
This wonderful Bel Air is featured in a beautiful Baby Blue / Frost
White two tone, and it shines beautifully! The interior is in
excellent condition, showing only minor wear. Features include
classic blue & white two-tone bucket seats with matching door
panels; a custom-built center console with cupholders, a space for
cell phone and armrest. All the carpet was recently replaced, and
the other items were freshened as needed.
This may not be a perfect car, but it is a very solid and true
car. All the door gaps are correct, and the chrome and trim is in
very good condition. The Turbo 350 transmission shifts smoothly
through the gears with no slipping or hesitation. The Chevy 350
small block has been installed, and runs out beautifully and has
plenty of power with no smoke out of the dual exhaust.
This is a great Tri-Five Chevy that will make someone very proud to
take to local shows for years to come!
