information.\r\n\r\nThis 2016 Jet Black-on-black Corvette Stingray,
offering 455 hp and 460 lbs of torque, is the culmination of seven
generations of styling and technical evolution. The 6.2L V-8 engine
is bridled by larger race-track ready brakes and a sports tuned
suspension. The 2016 Stingray was offered with either a 7-speed
manual or 8-speed automatic transmission. This particular example
features the automatic transmission at no detriment to performance,
as it was originally designed for the Z06 edition and then extended
to include the Stingray. Capable of outstanding performance,
achieving 60 mph in 3.8 seconds and a quarter mile in 12, the
Stingray is surprisingly fuel efficient 16 mpg city, 29 mpg highway
for a car that borrows much of its DNA from the super-car stable.
Handling is tight, reactive and decisive, instilling confidence in
the driver and awe in the onlooker. The styling is straight out of
the Corvette design manual, with a plethora of vents, flared
hunkered fenders and carbon fiber hood. The lines are crisp and
aggressive, yet suave, exuding an air of stealth with
sophistication. Belying the hawkish aesthetics, this Corvette not
only provides epic performance, but offers a surprisingly spacious
cockpit, is relatively easy to drive and a comfortable freeway
cruiser. Included in the model is the Drive Mode Selector and the
latest generation Chevy infotainment system, MyLink. \r\n\r\nThe
black interior features many improved materials, and the console
and hard surfaces are fully wrapped in premium soft-touch finishes.
Luxurious appointments at every turn and an instrument panel in
carbon fiber - not to mention the tail-pipe soundtrack - shouting
\'supercar\', while its efficiency and drivability appeal to a
wider market. This example also comes with optional factory deluxe
wheels. With less than 50 miles on the odometer it is quite
possibly one of the lowest mileage Corvettes Stingrays in the USA,
