Chevelle SS396 Convertible has only 15,850 miles and benefits from
a full frame-off restoration. This is an original ZL3 SS396 as
equipped by the factory, not a reproduction. A very rare example
due to both the low mileage and high equipment level, it has been
fitted from the factory with a 350-hp 396 cid V-8 with 4-barrrel
carburetor, 4-speed close ratio manual transmission, dual exhaust
system, Positraction rear end with 3.31 axle ratio. Other
highlights include F41 Performance Suspension, power front disc
brakes, power steering, ZL2 Special Ducted Hood, and power folding
soft top. A custom stereo system integrates the factory head unit.
An MSD ignition, Edelbrock intake manifold, and Doug Thorley
headers enhance performance and the sound of the dual exhaust
