Matching numbers L-82 2 Top Corvette Stingray convertible in as
found condition. 1 family owned since new.
Equipped with A/C Power brakes, power steering , TH400 auto trans
TWO TOPS! optional hard top & original Folding top In good
condition.
There were 30464 Vettes total built in 73, only 4943 Drop tops. Of
those convertibles only with only 1300 had hardtops.
Out of the entire 1973 corvette production 16% were equipped with
the L-82 High performance small block.
1973 was the first year for the L-82 which is a completely
different engine than the regular L-48 350, it includes forged
crank, pistons &,the big valve heads and hi po hydraulic cam
that mimics the legendary LT-1 for power with better street
manors.
So how many 2 top convertibles had this high winding forged small
block???
We recommissioned so it runs drives and stops. 2 tops with original
convertible in good shape as is interior. Aftermarket sidepipes and
Keystone Classics make this a killer period ride.
Restore or leave it alone
