Here we have a rare Monte Carlo SS Aero Coupe. Chevrolet made the
SS Aero Coupe for racing. The unique back window design reduced the
drag coefficient which translated to 5mph on the track. Production
was supposed to be 20000 units in 1987 but was stopped at 6052 so
this is a rare '80s Muscle Car. The car is powered by Chevy's 5
liter 16 valve V-8 with a TH2004R automatic transmission w/
overdrive. This car comes equipped with console shifter air
conditioning power steering power brakes power windows and locks
tilt wheel and has only 33260 original miles. As you can see by the
pictures the interior is in excellent shape. The paint is also very
very nice with just some of the typical minor cracking on the nose.
This is a very fine example of one of Chevrolet's 80' muscle
cars.We have the original dealer invoice owner's manual and
promotional brochure from Chevrolet. This Aero Coupe was originally
delivered to Star Carter Motors in Barnell South Carolina and then
sold to an owner in Tennessee so it hasn't been exposed to the
