Vehicle Description
1966 Ford Mustang Convertible 289 V-8.
DGC0893
Same owner for the last 23 years. This is an A code Mustang with
lots of GT options. 289 V-8 engine rebuilt 2007. C-4 automatic
transmission rebuilt 2007. Power steering. Power front disc brakes.
Power top. Aftermarket console. Seat belts. Custom Autosound. A lot
of money was spent on this Mustang. Thousands. All this work was
done in 2007 here in Washington. $48,840.00 to be exact, to restore
basically the under carriage and running gear. We have the receipts
and some photos of the restoration. Look at the photos of the
underside, you can see all the new or rebuilt parts. It was pulled
apart cleaned and reassembled. When I first saw it I knew I wanted
to buy it. One of the first things I look at is the rear fender
drain vents. They were great, one still had the rubber drain. Most
of the time this area rusts out and that is what I was looking for.
In fact this Mustang is solid. I did not see any mention of or any
patch panels in the restoration invoices. Looks like a new car.
Cond. # 2+.
