Ford original 289 CID V8 power plant. A later model ford electronic
ignition system has been added to insure quick and easy starts. It
has then been linked up with a smooth shifting 3 speed automatic
transmission which was standard for most pony cars. The Pony is
also equipped with power brakes to insure quick and safe stops.
This one also sports an automatic electric convertible top! From
