Vehicle Description
Gateway Classic Cars of Houston has an excellent opportunity to own
a beautiful 1967 Chevrolet El Camino. The 1967 El Camino followed
the Chevelle's styling facelift with a new grille, front bumper,
and trim. Air shocks remained standard equipment on the El Camino,
allowing the driver to compensate for a load. This is one of the
best examples of an El Camino we have ever seen and the interior is
awesome. It is powered by a 350 CID V8 crate engine mated to a
700R4 automatic transmission. The engine and transmission were
replaced 4 years ago so they have tons of life left. It is one of
the best driving cars we have here in our showroom and the new
owner is going to be very happy. You may remember back in 1967 when
Ruby Tuesday by The Rolling Stones was first playing on the radio!
Not only that, it was the year of the release of Bonnie and Clyde
in the movie theaters. This El Camino has a host of features that
drastically improve the overall driving experience. You will find
an AM/FM radio and a CD player for your music needs. The heavy
steering, difficult to use brakes and old school crank windows
aren't something you will find in this car. You will be pleased to
find power brakes, power steering, power locks, power windows and a
tilting telescopic wheel. The interior is a lovely place to be and
features a tan leather interior that is extremely soft and
comfortable. You will find it hard to find a nicer El Camino and
almost impossible to find one that drives better. This won't last
long. Don't miss your chance to take this one home at a great
price. Call the Houston showroom at (832) 243-6220 for more
information on this vehicle. If you are viewing this on a 3rd party
website then you will be able to find more pictures and an HD video
by visiting www.gatewayclassiccars.com. Our showroom is open to the
public and you can visit us 9-5 Mon-Sat at 71 Esplanade Blvd Suite
100, Houston, TX 77060.
