Vehicle Description
For sale in our Dallas/Fort Worth Showroom is this 1969 Pontiac GTO
Convertible. The first generation of the GTO was produced by
Pontiac Motor Corporation for model years 1964 through 1974; and in
its first decade-long stretch, it became one of the most iconic
muscle cars of all time. The year of 1969 had some fantastic cars
to choose from, but the GTO has to be one of the most desirable
ones produced, not just with its contemporaries but still to this
day. This GTO is an excellent driver quality example. Originally
Verdoro Green, this car was repainted to a more mainstream Silver
and given the Judge style strip and rear spoiler. The interior of
this GTO looks as good, if not better, than the exterior, with
black vinyl bucket seats and the console with gated shifter. Best
of all, this 1969 GTO has its numbers matching 400 CID V8.
Originally, this car would have been equipped with a 2 barrel
carburetor. However, to give it some more pep in its step, that was
later swapped for a 4 barrel carburetor. With its dual exhaust, you
can hear this beast rumble long before you see it coming. That
power is backed up by a 3 speed TH400 transmission, and a 12 bolt
rear end. If you are looking for a great driving 1969 GTO this car
will not disappoint. Use this classic as a cruiser or to start a
collection of trophies from the local car shows. Either way, enjoy
this '69 GTO today! For more HD pictures and video visit
