This 1969 Camaro Convertible is for sale in our Louisville
showroom. The 69 Camaro is without a doubt the most memorable car
from the Muscle car era even though it's not a Muscle car. The
Camaro was brought out in 1967 to compete against the car that took
the motor industry by storm, the Ford Mustang. The new market was
called the pony car market and it was owned by Ford until then.
This 69 is a great example of why young and old alike were
interested in the new offering. This Camaro has one of sweetest
blue paint jobs I have seen. Smooth and crisp the color shows off
the lines of this iconic drop top better than any I have seen
before. The black vinyl top is clean and tight fitting with no
signs of wear making it one of the best tops I have seen. Of
course, the wheels can make or break a car overall look and these
have absolutely nailed it. 17" on all 4 corners and a staggered
225/245 the Under the hood is a built 383 that has had all the
right parts put into it, to get some impressive power out of it.
The cam was setup to give power mid-range to the upper RPM ranges
so when cruising around and under 2500 RPM it may not feel like
much but it really comes on. With the 4-speed shifter cradled in
the middle console and the Hurst shifter sticking right out at the
perfect level shifting gears is an absolute pleasure. Going through
the gears you will almost be disappointed when the great roar goes
back down to a sweet hum but not for long as this stroker winds
back up quickly. The interior is all black with the center console
separating the buckets making it the iconic classic car set up. If
you are looking for a fun car to drive with the top down or even a
car to take some shows this 69 is sure to turn heads no matter
where it goes. Options on this 1969 Camaro convertible include;
Power Steering, Power Brakes, Manual Top, Vinyl Interior,
AM/FM/Cassette, and Aluminum wheels wrapped in Radial Tires. This
