Vehicle Description
This Thunderbird is best described as a very nice survivor. The car
is in good condition overall - solid body, complete interior, trim
and lights all present, but shows age.
The exterior is finished in the factory color of Silver Mink
Metallic although the car had one repaint quite some time ago.
Overspray can be seen in some areas of the car. What looks to be
the original chrome shows some cracking/discoloration in a few
areas, but is straight other than a small ding on both the front
and rear bumpers. All trim, lights and lenses are present and all
are in very good condition.
The interior is where this car shows its age, although it is
finished in the factory original colors of Silver/Blue Vinyl the
seats show quite a bit of wear, along with the carpet. The
headliner is in good condition and is taught, gauges are clear and
work, and the optional swing-away steering column mechanism works
just fine.
The engine is a 390ci V8 mated to a 3-speed cruise-o-matic
transmission.
At our asking price of $13,900 this is a great opportunity to get
into a classic T-Bird!
