than 60 years - Built by Francis Fortman and driven by Kenny Kerr -
This car competed in only one race - Driven less than 1 mile since
1954 - After the competition, Francis Fortman kept the car under a
tarp for several decades - In the 1970s, Fortman moved the car into
his barn where it remained until 2013 - Ken Robins discovered the
car and acquired it in 2013 - Documented with the title from 1952,
vintage racing photos, discovery photos and AATA program - Featured
in Hot Rod Deluxe, Ol' Skool Rodz and Old Cars weekly magazines -
Channeled 10-inches, filled roof and cowl vent - Originally
finished in Dark Red lacquer with White painted chassis - Ford
flathead V-8 with Edelbrock heads - Four Stromberg 97s on Edelbrock
intake - WWII-surplus aircraft seat - Engine turned Stewart Warner
dash panel - 1940 Ford steering column
