This 1967 Vespa Sprint is a 150cc, 2 stroke scooter made by Piaggio. Piaggio made the Vespa Sprint from 1965 to 1976, the scooter came in two different versions. Early models, called the Vespa Sprint, were made until 1974. Later models, called the Vespa Sprint Veloce, were made from 1969 to 1976. The iconic Vespa is known as a solid scooter with classic styling.
Here is a great example of an Italian Red, 1967 Vespa Sprint. This scooter has an older restoration that has held up well, and runs as good as it looks. Vespa’s delightful design work is clearly evident in its bulbous pontoon styled fenders and smooth aerodynamic styling. This is a “large frame” Vespa which is powered by a 150 cc two-stroke engine with its most distinctive sound. The Vespa also comes with an optional spare tire and luggage rack. There are plenty of storage compartments within the sculptured body. Added accessories include a cover, owner’s manual, and spare headlight bulb.
This wonderful little machine with its charming styling and ease of operation is sure to draw attention everywhere you go.
