Perhaps the most successful vehicle produced is the Chevrolet
Suburban. It is the longest continual nameplate in production in
the world starting in the 1935 model year and continuing to this
day. Over all the years, the suburban was presented in many forms,
but at the root of each model was utility. The Suburban had
purpose.

for sale. This collectable, rugged and clean 3 door Suburban comes
from the great auto climate of Idaho where it was loved and cared
for. The Suburban is the recipient an older restoration and still
shows well. It is dressed in light blue paint with a gray interior
with brand new, never been sat on, gray vinyl seats. It is powered
by a healthy 454 v8 with a turbo 400 automatic, column shift,
transmission. The Suburban has a divorced 205 transfer case. The
engine and transmission were plucked out of a 1986 Motorhome. The
block was painted orange and it received a new Edelbrock dual plane
aluminum intake. It has an Edelbrock carburetor with electric
choke. Air conditioning was added at the time of restoration. It
also has power brakes and power steering. This big blue beauty also
has new brakes, new alternator, BDS suspension, new steering box,
new exhaust, front tow hooks, towing package, LT 285/75/R16
Firestone Destination M/T tires mounted on polished aluminum
wheels, beautiful chrome and surrounding trim, 2 gas tanks and a
Planet Audio In-Dash 7 inch touchscreen DVD/CD/SD/MP4/MP3 player.
All the gauges appear to work, including the tachometer. With
classic trucks and SUV's becoming more sought after by the day,
this classic suburban is a must have for any collector, enthusiast
or anyone looking for a good time.
