Vehicle Description
Gateway Classic Cars of Houston is proud to offer this beautiful
1966 Chevrolet Chevelle. Powered by a stout 327 CID V8 this 3-speed
automatic will bring you back to the early days! The car is
finished in regal red with a red vinyl interior and it really sets
the car off. Why would they paint the car in any other color? This
was the year that "American Woman" was released by The Guess Who
and MASH had just been released in theaters. This car has A/C,
AM/FM radio, CD player, power brakes, power steering, seat belts,
vinyl interior, radial tires, raised white letter and chrome mags.
This car has had a few modifications to add to it's already awesome
look and drive. It has had it's suspension lowered by 2" to give it
a more sporty ride and better look. Also changed done is a new
radiator for better cooling, new gas tank, full tune-up, 15" Crager
mags and a new starter. We don't think there has been any bodywork
done which helps add to the all original value of the car. The
current owner has had it for 10 years and wants the next owner to
love and cherish the car as much as they have. The engine was
redone by George Rentz and has adopted a medium cam to add power
and enhance the feel of the car. You will find it very difficult to
find a nicer 1966 Chevelle out there so don't miss this chance to
buy a diamond. To get more information or talk about purchasing it
please call the Houston showroom at (832) 243-6220. If you are
viewing the car on a 3rd party website you will find more pictures
and an HD video of the car at www.gatewayclassiccars.com.
