This 1993 Ford Lightning is one of our favorite all time trucks.
The 5.8L V-8 pulls like crazy, the SVT tuned suspension is one of
the greatest road going truck suspensions ever, and the provenance
and history on this amazing example are tremendous. This is a
bonifide 2 owner Texas truck from new, with the original owners
manual, SVT letter, production numbers from SVT, and even the
original Radio and Fog Lights which have been upgraded over the
course of the trucks pampered life. The truck is said to be all
original paint except for the front bumper and grill which were
repainted for stone chips at some point, and inspection shows that
the rest of the body panels are, in fact, painted in correct single
stage Ford black paint (1993 was the only year for single stage
paint on the Lightning). If you've been looking for an outstanding,
collector quality Lightning that would be equally at home in a
museum or car show, look no further. This is an incredible example,
with ice cold air, recently replaced tires, excellent brakes that
needs nothing but a new home!
