Gateway Classic Cars of Orlando is proud to present this restored
1968 Chevrolet Camaro. It is often that the first generation of a
model is considered the best. In the case of the Camaro it is
certainly the most desirable and a lot would argue the most
attractive. '68 offered a few changes from '67 including the
addition of the Astro-Ventilation system which eliminated the need
for vent windows. The mono-leaf rear spring set-up was upgraded to
a multi-leaf set up for higher performance models. This particular
example is an 327 V8 which boasts a 275 horsepower mated a
powerglide automatic transmission. Both engine and transmission are
numbers matching according to the consignor. The neat thing about
this Camaro is that it has only had two owners. The car was
restored with originality in mind and is fully documented and has
protecto -plate and original bill of sale and original California
Tags. Found in California, this car was restored in a manner that
retained its original rust free floor pans and many other original
parts. This is a car that is equipped with hub caps, seat belts,
vinyl interior, and radial ply tires. One of the coolest features
might be the originality of this beautiful 1968 Camaro. Outside the
car is finished in a very sharp Tuxedo Black . The wheels are color
matched and with the original hub caps it has a very classic look.
The interior is white vinyl upholstery with black carpet, and
headliner. This is a beautiful all original Camaro with a neat
history and a very sharp color combination. If you're ready to
stand out at car shows and drive down the road in a classic muscle
car, this one is for you. You can see this vehicle in greater
