Welcome to StreetDreamsTexas as we celebrate our 18th year in the
classic and muscle car business. From time to time we will take an
unfinished project on trade or consignment. This killer '66 Mustang
fastback is such a car. This beast sports a very strong engine,
transmission, and rear end, but the paint and body have a way to go
yet. Nestled under the hood is a (.030 over) Ford 351W featuring
Trick Flow aluminum heads with Milodon Megaflow stainless steel
valves (2.02,1.60), a Scat crankshaft, FRPP X303 camshaft with Ford
roller lifters, 1.7 aluminum roller rockers, Edelbrock Performer
RPM aluminum intake manifold, Summit 750 cfm carburetor, and Hooker
long-tube headers. The copious horsepower is sent through a Ford
automatic overdrive transmission, fortified with a B&M torque
converter and a Lentech valve body, back to a Ford 9" rear with
limited-slip 3.89 gears. The interior is very nice, but the body
and chassis still need some TLC. A great starting point for a full
restoration, or a nearly complete sleeper! Street Dreams is a full
