Auction #363-1963 Corvair Spyder Convertible- Absolutely could be the rarest and best Corvair Spyder Convertible in existence. Always from the state of Georgia, and was a great unrestored original when it received a complete correct rotisserie nut and bolt restoration in 2006-07 with absolutely no regard for cost. Full owner history from new until now. Won every show it ever attended including 98 points at National Corvair show, 998 points at Hilton Head Coucours (twice), and numerous local shows. A trunk-load of trophies and awards go with this spectacular car. Also included is ownership history, receipts, and extensive photos of the restoration.
Car is resplendent in Tuxedo Black with red-trimmed white bucket seat interior, 6-cylinder Spyder Turbo rebuilt engine, rebuilt 4-Speed transmission, rare power convertible top, super rare and factory correct Dayton knock-off wire wheels (5) which were restored by Dayton during the extensive restoration, full gauges with tachometer, bumper guards, and much more.
