Beautiful 1966 Pontiac LeMans Convertible, original black plate California car. I still have the plates, protector plate, original owner’s manual and I am the 3rd owner. This car’s 326 factory engine was replaced with a beefed up 400 that has less than 1,000 miles on it and runs quiet and smooth with plenty of power, the original automatic 2 speed Transmission that was rebuilt (light shift kit) at the same time the engine went in. Also new headers and flow-master exhaust system. I also have the build sheets for the engine and tranny. Power steering, drum brakes front and rear. Dash has no cracks at all, as well as the original steering wheel, all lights including the glove box light work, after market stereo but I do still have original radio. Truly, this is one of the most desirable cars of the muscle car era. Finished in midnight blue about 15 years ago, black bucket seats and interior, center console with floor shift (all original). This car shows its age nicely with all original sheet metal. Truly a rare find, something a fully restored could never have. For a factory car, it’s as straight as a Pontiac Arrow. Paint has a nice shine with patina to it (not perfect). Fenders, doors, quarters, deck lid, etc. all line up nicely. Doors open, and shut with ease as they should, power top works fine up and down with a touch of a finger. Windows roll up and down fine, Top looks good but needs back window (I may replace it), also have bypassed bad heater core. I have also done several other things to the car (weather stripping, under hood insulation, new windshield, etc.)
