Vehicle Description
Worldwide Vintage Autos is pleased to present this 1973 Ford Bronco
Sport. These first generation Broncos are HOT! Hard to find like
this. "The forward looking collector will note that classic trucks
are just getting started - and there are plenty of underpublicized
specimens out there" Autoweek Magazine February 2016. We scour the
country for vintage cars and trucks and we rarely come across one
like this! You must see and drive this rare Bronco!
HISTORY
In 1973, the 170 was replaced by a 200cuin (3.3L) straight six,
power steering and automatic transmissions were made optional, and
sales spiked to 26,300. By then, however, Blazer sales were double
those of the Bronco, and International Harvester had seen the light
and come out with theScout IIthat was more in the Blazer class.
By 1974, the larger and more comfortable vehicles such as theJeep
Cherokee (SJ)made more sense for the average driver than the more
rustically oriented Bronco. The low sales of the Bronco (230,800
over twelve years) did not allow a large budget for upgrades, and
it remained basically unchanged until the advent of the larger,
more Blazer-like second generation-Bronco in 1978. Production of
the original model fell (14,546 units) in its last year, 1977.

Own this vintage Bronco at wholesale cost. The cost of parts and
restoration of these vehicles are increasing daily. They are not
making any more and, therefore, they are becoming more rare by the
day. Buy one complete and ensure your investment for the future. An
excellent investment and something you can enjoy daily. Collectible
vintage vehicles have historically appreciated at a rate greater
than that stock market, gold and other arts and collectibles as
documented by many articles and auction result tracking.
