Vehicle Description
The Bronco is coming back according to Ford in 2018/19 and there
are many enthusiasts on the edge of their seats if Ford will hit a
home run or a big thud. The Bronco was produced from 1966-77 in
this body style prior to going to a larger platform in 1978. The
first generation has significant street credit and ones with unique
features, colors and superior condition are at the height of the
market.
This very authentic and highly original Bronco represents the last
year of this generation and is optioned with the very cool and
fairly rare Ranger package. It screams to be driven and enjoyed by
the next owner. The very straight and clean body are still in
fantastic condition and the fit and finish of the body is
remarkable. The extremely rare and special order paint of Dark
Cinnamon Glow shows great and is complimented nicely by the
original Ranger interior with proper houndstooth inserts and
additional insulation in the rear of the vehicle. Other items that
were part of the Ranger package include; swing away rear tire
carrier, extra chrome exterior features, lower body stripes that
run along the sides with a U-shaped stripe on hood, interior
upgrades along with special door trim, Ranger emblem on the glove
box and painted instrument panel. Further options are the factory
A/C, power steering, dual gas tanks, hydraulic brake booster, AM
radio, cigar lighter, padded dash, headliner, dual chrome exterior
mirrors, free run front hubs and chrome hub caps. This Bronco is
the real deal and shows very well and is ready for what every
adventure you may want. All blinkers work along with horn, lights,
heat fan, wipers, fuel tank switch and 4x4 system. The vehicle
received an Edelbrock carburetor and wears brand new General A/T
tires.
The vehicle was built out of the Michigan truck plant on the 28th
of June and retains the original build sheet and jack. This truly
is a piece of history and one that deserves serious attention to
the 4x4 fan, Bronco aficionado or collector. We always enjoy cool
and well preserved Bronco's and this is a very nice example for
all.
