The Roush Roadster is a very Limited Edition model with only 100 vehicles being assembled and only 14 in this color combination which makes this a very desirable and collectible vehicle. This car is #6 of the 100 produced. Unveiled at the 2006 SEMA show in Las Vegas, NV, this is not the first specialty convertible Jack Roush and company have produced, but according to Jack, it's their best. With only 100 Roush Roadsters set for production at Roush's Livonia, MI, facility, this is certainly one rare car. Starting life as a fully loaded 170a Deluxe Convertible GT, it was shipped directly to Roush where the transformation took place. With the entire car painted in Satin Silver, Roush's technicians elegantly added their own gloss-black treatment over both hood and decklid with a tapered red accent strip blending the two colors together in dramatic fashion. This can only be found on the Roadster exclusively. In addition, a four-piece aero-package, consisting of new front fascia with lower valance fog lamps, chin spoiler, hood scoop and rear wing and Roadster logos complements its new exterior. The 20" RR04 forged chrome wheels wrapped in ZR-rated Cooper Zeon rubber along with lowering springs help create a very aggressive stance to this Pony, while under the hood a full Stage-3 package with RoushCharger and dealer-installed off-road exhaust package has been added to its 4.6-liter 3V/OHC V8 boosting the pony count from 300 to 415. In addition, a custom aluminum Roush serial plaque distinguishes this Roush to be #6 of 100. It has color-matched sport leather seating in dark charcoal carrying embroidered Roadster logos. A Roush windshield banner is accompanied by an optional white-faced gauge cluster. The interior trim kit includes door sill plates, embroidered floor mats and short-throw shifter with black shift knob and white letters. Other options include Roush interior carbon fiber trim kit, Roush trunk mounted tool kit, Roush convertible style light bar, Roush billet aluminum pedal kit, power convertible top, dual power mirrors, rear window defroster, shaker 500 audio system, power 6-way driver seat, 4-wheel disc brakes, traction control, ABS and only 21k original miles.
