for your consideration. This affordable piece of American muscle
history is rear wheel drive powered by a small block 350 V8 with an
automatic transmission. The exterior is dressed in red paint that
shows well. The front and rear bumpers remain in great shape, while
many C3 corvettes have cracked and damaged bumpers. The chrome
hubcaps and beauty rings present well and look nice. The chrome
mirrors and luggage rack also remain in great shape. The Goodyear
tires have decent tread left. This L-48 corvette features T-tops
that remove and go back on the car easily.
The interior features black vinyl bucket seats that are comfortable
and in nice shape. The radio has been removed and is missing. This
car has power windows, power steering and power brakes. It is an AC
car, however the compressor and hardware have been removed but are
in the car and go with the sale of this vehicle. The engine block
is painted orange. It features a Holley 4 barrel carburetor,
Edlebrock chrome valve covers and air cleaner. The factory intake
was also switched to an aluminum performer RPM intake.
While these C3 corvettes are collectable and desirable, they remain
very simple and easy to work on and easy to obtain parts for. This
is a great entry level muscle car that is sure to please in
performance and looks. If you are looking for affordable American
muscle car that will hold its value while you drive it around then
look no further. We took this car for a road test and enjoyed doing
so, it handled well and responded as it should. This is a car that
you can tinker on and enjoy doing so without breaking your
wallet.
