Classic 630 csi, 3.2 litre inline 6, 4 Speed manual transmission; mostly all original as I did re-do the seats front and rear so they are not original but indeed much nicer, very handsome in the car; I have spent considerable time and dollars in getting this classic coupe running and driving again as it had been in in-op status in California's East Bay for more than 10 years.
New parts include fuel pumps(2), radiator, belts, hoses, front struts, tie rod ends, ball joints, complete ignition, exhaust manifolds, complete new dual exhaust system from manifolds to outlet tips; New half-shafts and boots, both sides, inners and outers, and I have replaced all the original metric size wheels with 16" BMW alloy wheels from a later model, still have the metrics but you really can't find suitable or affordable tires to fit them. The car appears to have been painted once but it needs to be properly done again, It is a Blue Plate California car and is totally free of any rust or other type corrosion, the Karmann body is super straight and clean, no dents, seams appear original! It's very sound, a Survivor crying to be brought back and it should be but I am going abroad soon running out of time to finish all the projects, so, the 630 needs a new caretaker, someone that will finish it and have time to enjoy it, it's worth the effort. The 630 was last registered and smogged in Bay Area, but has since expired as of Nov. 2016.
