Simply stunning in every way! This nut and bolt, frame off
restored, slick A-body is the one you�ve been waiting for with 4 on
the floor, factory chrome valve covers, factory aluminum intake and
a sexy, classic black finish. This 1969 Chevelle SS was born and
assembled in Baltimore (09B), the second week of September and had
a first rate full restoration where nothing was overlooked
including all the details like hoses, clamps, belts, bolt on engine
components and more. A strong performer mechanically with rebuilt
motor, rear end and tranny. This 396 gets everything right �packing
a correctly coded (9G363285) 350hp 396 upgraded to 375 hp with
solid lifter cam, with a Holley 4bbl carb, backed by a M21 Muncie
four speed tranny with a 12 bolt KK 410 posi rear end. According to
the body tag, the only major deviation on this slick SS is a color
change, formerly blue, now shows off Tuxedo black. The original
gauges are in excellent condition and include an updated push
button AM/FM/MP3 radio which slots neatly into the original radio's
location. Very clean and original underside with new parts
including new gas tank and new aluminum radiator. Pretty hard to
resist the mirror like chrome on the bumpers, black vinyl top,
blacked-out SS grille and careful attention to this Super Sport.
The power front disc brakes makes for easy stopping and the exhaust
system features Thrush mufflers for a great sound. Complete with
classic factory SS wheels with 225/70/14 white-letter radials.
