This is one of the 2,535 1975 Hurst Oldsmobile that were built with
the Hurst Oldsmobile upgrade which came with Hurst hatch T-tops,
Hurst dual-gate shifter, special wheels, padded half-top, gold
accent striping, dual sport mirrors and Hurst Oldsmobile badging.
1,293 of the ones built with the 455ci engine were white. White and
black were the only colors and approx only174�white W30s were
built,makes this a rare car.
All 1975 Hurst Oldsmobile were built in Lansing, MI, and shipped
over to Hurst for the upgrade. This car has the hard-to-find Hurst
Oldsmobile tachometer. It spent its entire life in Arizona �and the
restoration was completed 2016. It has new paint, interior, tires,
dual exhaust, as well as a completely rebuilt drivetrain including
the motor, automatic transmission and 4.10:1 rear-end. It also has
upgraded intake, headers and radio. Suspension parts that were worn
have been replaced as well. The air conditioning has been converted
to 134A and is frigid. Also, included is the�original Arizona
personalized "H OLDS" license plate from new!!
The original matching number 455/190hp W-30 has been built and
upgraded to the 69' H/O 455 cars with the folowing
improvements:
10.5 compression,performance cam,rolloer rockers,cam drive,alum
intake,headers,true dual exhaust,flowmasters,rebuilt T-400 with
shift kit, 4.10 posi, upgraded ignition,forged pistons, ported
heads and a few other tricks.
Runs outstanding, sounds amazing, if quite fast and turns heads all
the time. Arrow straight original Arizona rust free car, perfect
original interior with reversible from cushions, with swivel
buckets. T-tops are perfect, no leaks, new door weatherstrips,
Hurst olds graphics, this car is a real looker, show winner, super
sounding Olds, one of the nicest ones out there. Car drives like
new or better, dont miss this one!!
