Vehicle Description
GR Auto Gallery is pleased to present this 1973 Road Runner for
your consideration. It features a 440 v8 with an automatic
transmission. The engine and transmission function as they should.
While going through the car once it came to us we found an original
broadcast sheet for the car. As we walk through the VIN number, the
first digit is "R" showing it's a "B" body car. The second digit
"M" shows that it was a medium price class. The third and fourth
digits "21" read to be a 2 door coupe. The 5th digit of "U", shows
a high performance 440 1-4BBL 8 cylinder. The 6th and 7th digits
show us that this car was a 1973 that was assembled in St. Louis,
Missouri.
This Road Runner came to us from the dry climate of Texas, where it
spent quite a few years. The exterior is dressed in Petty Blue with
Road Runner graphics. It has chrome front and rear bumpers. Overall
the exterior shows quite well for its age. The interior has freshly
re-covered bucket seats in the front and a freshly re-covered bench
in the back. The carpet is also brand new as well. The car also has
a center counsel. This Road Runner also features a new alternator,
Hooker headers, power steering and power brakes. If you are looking
for a classic muscle car that you can hop in and enjoy, look no
further as this MOPAR is a product of the muscle era and one of the
last. Overall this Road Runner is a very clean and solid example
with nothing to hide.
