Vehicle Description
Good ole honest car. 83,000 original miles. Mostly original,
unabused condition. It has been maintained. Recent dual exhaust,
upgraded Edelbrock carb. Runs and drives very well. The body shows
well, it's straight and fits nice. Smooth paint with some flaws
that dont detract from its appearance. Has original trim, bumpers
are bright. The interior impressed me. The Bonnevilles used actual
leather, by now its usually cracked or replaced with vinyl. The
upholstery and door panels have just gentle age. Instument area is
very clean. The clear plastic steering wheel is exceptional. Kick
panels need replacing, an easy fix and dash pad is cracked. Solid
trunk compartment. Has correct brown speckled trunk liner, a jack
and spare. Has the retractable trunk light that i think all cars
should have. Motor compartment has been spray painted. Black
convertible top is good, rear window needs replacing.
The Bonneville was Pontiac's most expensive top of the line model.
Very desirable today.
