For sale in our Chicago showroom is a Pro-Touring 1967 Chevrolet
Nova. The Nova made its debut in 1962 and was introduced to give
the public a compact and affordable car and after V8s became
available as dealer installed options they really made a mark on
people who appreciated spicy performance in a small light-weight
car. According to Veteran Mechanics Illustrated "With a little
hopping up and a manual transmission and low price these should
sell like cold beer on a hot Fourth of July". This
second-generation beauty is finished off nicely with two-tone
silver and gray metallic paint and a very comfortable cloth
interior with classic bench seat, leather-wrapped tilt steering
wheel, original AM radio and a full assortment of Comp-Pro gauges.
This car is not just for show and one look under that hood reveals
a small block 355 Cubic Inch V8 that is mated to a Turbo 400
transmission running back to an 8.8 rear with 3:55 gears. This car
is tremendous fun to drive and is sure to turn some heads. For
ultimate performance, ride and handling this car features a Heidts
front end with Rack and Pinion steering, Wilwood brakes, a Holley
750 DP carburetor and Be Cool Radiator. For that finishing touch
Colorado Customs wheels were installed with 17" in the rear and 15"
in the front which gives this car a sinister stance. Located in our
Chicago showroom this 1967 Chevrolet Nova can be seen including an
