For sale in our Dallas/Fort Worth showroom is a 1955 Chevrolet
C3100, or simply the Big Window. When you build a Big Window hot
rod, you have to do it right. If you need an example of what that
means, then check this truck out. A frame up restoration done
around 2005, this build is textbook the whole way through. Under
the front end we have a Mustang II independent font suspension to
make the bends in the road effortless. Coupled with power steering
and you will be flicking this truck around on your favorite road
with ease. To keep you in place during all of that lateral movement
are two snug racing seats with five point harnesses. Other great
interior touches include billet gauges, a Hurst shifter, Sony
stereo system with AM/FM/CD, and of course Vintage Air A/C. Under
the hood is a 4 bolt main 350 CID V8 from a 1969 Corvette. It makes
all the right muscle noises, and backed up by the 4 speed manual
transmission it makes quick work of the road ahead as well. The
exterior features new gray glass all the way around, including that
famous big back window, and the bed has new custom oak and
stainless steel lining. The gas tank has been relocated under the
bed as well. To top it all off, there are excellent ghost flames
down the side that require just the right light to be seen. This is
really a great Big Window hot rod that you aren't going to want to
miss. To view this vehicle in greater detail including HD pictures
