For sale in our Dallas/Fort Worth showroom is one fun 1963
Volkswagen Beetle Ragtop. The Volkswagen Beetle is nearly
uncontested as the most famous vehicle of all time. Designed by
Ferdinand Porsche to run down Germany's new Autobahn, the Beetle
was the first rear-engined car since the Brass Era. With over 21.5
million Beetles produced, it is the longest running and most
manufactured car of a single platform of all time. This particular
example has recently undergone a complete restoration. The engine
has only around 100 miles since the rebuild. The electrical system
was converted from the stock 6 volt system to a more modern 12 volt
system for ease of maintenance and safety. The Bermuda Green paint
is the color you would imagine if someone told you to think of a
classic beetle. Inside is more classic beetle feel with the cream
and green upholstery. The carpet, door panels, headliner, seats,
steering wheel, horn, and windshield are all new. This little bug
doesn't need a thing, other than you in the driver's seat, and the
canvas top flung back to enjoy a beautiful day. Don't miss out on
this cool little cruiser. To view this vehicle in greater detail
