Now featured in our Milwaukee showroom is a 1968 Oldsmobile Cutlass
442 W-30 tribute car that will not disappoint the name or badges on
this classic muscle car. The 1968 442 was a car built to run with
the big dogs of its day and, not only compete, but leave them in
the dust. From the factory, the 442 was capable of putting down a
respectable 15 second quarter mile time right off the showroom
floor, but if you wanted a car with real power and were willing to
pay the extra money to get it, the W-30 package was the way to go.
The W-30 cars were running nearly two seconds faster and putting
out a whopping 360 horsepower stock! This Cutlass though, would be
able to put a beat down on its stock predecessor. This car has been
dyno-tested at 350RWHP and a massive 512ft/lbs of torque! The 455
cubic inch big block Olds engine has been completely refreshed with
plenty of performance parts added and has just over 1,000 miles on
it since the rebuild. Running at 10.3:1 compression is plenty for
the thump you feel in your chest every time you get in and fire it
up. The aluminum Edelbrock heads and intake take massive amount of
weight off of it as well as giving you an ample amount of extra
power. Letting all of that power breathe is a full 3� stainless
steel Magnaflow exhaust system that was custom fitted and welded.
The engine is hooked up to 400 short-tail that was completely
rebuilt with a 2800 stall converter in it. This car is not only
about performance though, the interior of this car was totally
customized and is black in color with white accents and has a
custom embroidered �W-30� in the headrest. The sound system in this
classic muscle car is far from stock as well. With over $5,000
invested in it, all of the stock components were replaced with an
Alpine deck, premium speakers and a wall of subwoofers in the
trunk. This car is ready to hit the street and cruise down Main St.
or drive to the track and lay down some serious times all while
enjoying the drive as you go from A to B. This vehicle is located
