professionally built and packs all the goodies you are looking for
in a hot rod truck. This 1953 Ford F100 Pickup Truck is powered by
its rebuilt 406 CID Ford FE V8 engine, backed by a C6 3-Speed
Automatic Transmission, and running to a 8.8" Posi rear end with
3.73 gears. Under the hood sits the Ford 390 CID FE block that was
bored out to a 406 CID with a polished Edelbrock Aluminum Intake
and dual 4-Barrel carburetors sitting on top. Some other nice
upgrades under hood include: MSD Ignition with a Digital 6AL Box,
Chrome Alternator and A/C compressor, Aluminum Air Cleaner and
Valve Covers, Billet Accessory Brackets, and an Aluminum Radiator
with Electric Fan. The exhaust fumes breathe through a set of
shorty headers that connect to a dual exhaust system with electric
exhaust cutouts and performance mufflers that give this truck on
option of a mild or wild exhaust tone. This awesome '53 F100 has
been fitted with a Front Tilt Fiberglass Hood, Fiberglass Rear
Fenders (3" wider than stock), New Front Steel Fenders, New Steel
Running Boards, New Steel Bed Sides and Louvered Tailgate, Red Oak
Wood Bed Floor, 1956 Chrome Grille and New Front and Rear Steel
Roll Pans and was then professionally repainted in a slick two-tone
pearl Blue over Champagne paint color. The interior is nicely done
in black vinyl with a set of high back bucket seats, center
console, "Flaming River" Tilt Steering Column, Power Windows,
"Vintage Air" A/C and Heat Unit, Lokar Shifter, "Classic
Industries" Gauges, Sun Tach, and AM/FM/CD Stereo with 4 speakers.
