For sale is a 1973 Plymouth Barracuda Pro-Touring Restomod located
in our Indianapolis Showroom. This incredible '73 Cuda is coming
off a recent 3 year long rotisserie build and will sure to impress
not only at the car show but on the street as well. The exterior
and frame are painted in a shimmering DuPont High Hue "Amethyst
Reflection" paint that shows close to the ever popular Mopar Plum
Crazy Purple color. The exterior is also sporting the front gills
and rear tail panel from the 1971 Barracuda model and custom
Billboard Stripes that hint to what is lurking under the hood.
Under the hood is a venomous 2008 Gen IV 8.4 Liter Viper V10 Engine
that will be dropping jaws when you pop the hood. The engine was
sourced with only 600 miles on it and is equipped with Variable
Valve Timing, Dual Drive By Wire Throttle Bodies, and a Mopar
Performance ECU and is putting out over 600 Horsepower! The V10
Viper engine is mated to a Tremec T6060 six speed manual
transmission and is running to a Dana 44 rear end with 3.45 gears.
All that power is great but if you can't stop or take corners it
really defeats the purpose of a pro-touring car, which is why
upgraded suspension and brake components were addressed. Up front
is a an "Altercation" front coil over suspension setup with power
rack and pinion steering and a heavy duty sway bar. The brake
system is being handled by a "Hydratech" hydraulic assisted power
brake system with Wilwood brake calipers clamping down on drilled
and slotted rotors. Out back is a Dana 44 rear end which many will
argue is the best of the best. The Independent Rear Suspension
setup was sourced from a Corvette that is equipped with coil over
shocks and disc brakes. The mean stance on this Cuda is helped out
by a nice set of 17" Ion Aluminum Alloy wheels on four corners
wrapped in radial tires measuring 225/45/17 in the front and
255/55/17 in the rear. Comfort and modern interior features are
also key to creating an enjoyable experience behind the wheel of a
restomod of this caliber. The interior is nicely done with front
Procar bucket seats and a custom rear bench to match both done in
white vinyl. A custom center console was fitted in between the
front seats that houses a Kenwood AM/FM radio with CD player and
Navigation, along with a custom tach, and cup holder. The factory
dash is outfitted with a GPS Speedometer, a set of Autometer
gauges, Tilt Column, and controls for the "Vintage Air" air
conditioning system that will keep you as cool as this '73 Cuda is.

Conditioning, AM/FM Radio with CD Player and Navigation, Power
