Muscle cars were on the way out in the early '70s, but this
modified 1972 Oldsmobile Cutlass shows that there was still plenty
of fun to be had in this era. Gateway Classic Cars of Tampa is
proud to offer this unique 1972 Oldsmobile Cutlass 442 Tribute.
This car started life as a standard Cutlass, but it was given a
facelift to make it look like a '70 442. This includes the front
bumper, grille and rear bumper as well as the Ram Air style hood.
Finishing off the look of this 442 tribute car is the beautiful
black paint job with gold accents, and the matching black wheels.
Just like the exterior, the powertrain of this 1972 Oldsmobile
Cutlass has been upgraded to give this car a 442 feel as the
original 350 CID V8 has been removed in favor of a 455 big block
with a Rochester 2bbl carb. This engine is backed by a Hurst Dual
Gate or "His and Her" shifter, and other improvements include a new
dual exhaust system and a new radiator. Inside, this car has had
the front seats redone, so you can be ready to cruise down the road
and enjoy the functional 8-track player! Options on this 1972
Oldsmobile Cutlass 442 include air conditioning, AM/FM radio, power
brakes, power steering, power seats, seat belts, vinyl interior and
radial tires with raised white letters. To see 100+ HD pictures and
