Chevrolet Camaro. When it comes to Classic Muscle Cars the 1969
Camaro is one of the most popular and iconic and for very good
reasons. After the Camaro made its debut in 1967 to compete with
the popular Ford Mustang it was apparent that it was going to be
here to stay. The sleek lines as well as wide and low body stance,
the new F-Body Platform and general good-looks made for a much
better competitor than the already produced Corvair that was
experiencing declining sales. One additional bonus of this design
is that the engine bay could accommodate a wide array of engine
options from an inline 6 cylinder to a 396 Cubic Inch V8. This
example has had a frame off restoration and is equipped with the
400 Cubic Inch V8 that starts very easily and provides plenty of
power to get this Camaro up to speed without blinking an eye. This
classic V8 is mated to a new Turbo 350 automatic transmission that
shifts very nice and smooth with the B&M Quicksilver shifter.
The addition of power front disc brakes and brake lines make
stopping a breeze and feature drilled and slotted brakes w/ steel
brake lines at all 4 corners as well as Chrome master
cylinder/booster and Summit air pump for brakes. This classic has
also had recent suspension work including Tubular A Arms Calvert
Caltrax ladder bars. This car also features an Aluminum drive
shaft, 12 bolt rear with new 342 gears , Yukon heavy duty axles,
Stainless steel gas tank, All new glass, All new rubber, Stainless
Nut Bolt Screw kit, Shaved door handles with poppers, Dyamat
Throughout entire car, Hidden Hood pins, 7" Xenon Headlights with
Blue Halo, Autometer Ultra II gages, Grant Steering wheel, New
18inch wheels and Tires As you open that driver's side door you are
greeted by a newly restored interior that features a sport steering
wheel, newer vinyl interior, AM/FM / CD aftermarket in dash stereo,
