Plymouth Road Runner. This car has been under the same ownership
since 1984 and even has its inspection sticker from 1974! This Road
Runner was originally equipped with a 383 4-BBl, AC, console shift
3 speed automatic, white vinyl top, white interior, white side
strip, deluxe trim package and R4 Rally Red paint. The restoration
was complete in 2009 and has only about 2,500 miles since. The car
was stripped to rolling chassis, sand blasted and restored to what
you see today. This restoration included the interior, exterior,
drivetrain and suspension with polyurethane bushings. The
undercarriage of the car was coated with truck bed lining for extra
protection. Under the hood now is a 440 6-BBL with 10.5:1
compression forged pistons, 590 lift Mopar purple shaft cam, 1.6:1
roller rockers, 906 mopar cast iron heads, torker single plane
aluminum intake, 870 holley custom tuned to engine by Bo-Laws
performance 8 QT oil pan and electric fuel pump. All these
performance upgrades add up to an estimated 650 HP! Power is sent
through a performance custom built 727 transmission with a
3800-4200 stall converter to a 8 � rear end with 3:91 sure grip 489
case. The suspension setup includes 440 OEM tosion bars and heavy
duty leaf springs and 15" x 7" OEM steel wheels painted in the same
color as the body. Options include AM radio, vinyl roof, power
steering, seat belts, vinyl interior and radial tires. This 69
