Vehicle Description
Just Toys Classic Cars is very proud to bring you one of the nicest
1969 Chevrolet Camaro SS's that we have seen in a very long time.
Everyone knows and especially Camaro folks that the 1969 model year
was the pinnacle year for this car. It was the first major body
style change from the 67 and 68's and started to come with a whole
lot more goodies under the hood. This one is a very fine example
that needs nothing. To say that the fit and finish on this car is
stellar would be an understatement. It is absolutely gorgeous. The
red paint looks like it is still wet, the hockey stripes are
painted on, and not stickers, and there is no way that the gaps
came down the line this good in 1969. A ton of care and attention
were put in to this car and it would be very hard to build for the
price on the windshield to this level.
So now that we have everyone's attention on this car, slide around
to the drivers side door and open it up to one of the finest 69
Camaro interiors around. From the black vinyl seats, center console
with gauge cluster, to the head liner, back seat and dash,
everything looks like it just came out of the showroom floor. Dare
we say that it may not have looked this nice on the showroom floor
back in 1969. This is truly a chance to own one very sweet Camaro.
One thing that this car would not have had for sure back in the day
was air conditioning. The vintage air that has been installed in
this car is done to a high standard as well and blows cold. This
will come in handy very shortly.
Under the hood is obviously where the business end of things is
done on this car. The 350 under the hood of this baby fires up
every time and will tattoo an ear to ear grin on your face. It has
aluminum heads, intake, new carb, and just enough dress up goodies
to make you smile when you open the hood. There is a mild cam in
it, but we do not know the specs. What we can tell you is that when
you step on the loud pedal of this baby, this 350 really comes to
life quickly and you better hang on. It has not been on a dyno, but
we would say that it has to be at least in the 375 HP range.
All of this fun under the hood is mated to a 4 speed transmission
that leads out to a 10 bolt rear end. Now all of this go has to
have plenty of whoa and that is where the front power disc brakes
come in. You still have drum in the rear, and if you look at the
undercarriage pics on this baby you will see that the bottom is as
clean as the top.
We just can not say enough about how awesome this car is. It is
extremely clean from top to bottom and tip to tail. This is a car
that needs to be in your collection for sure right away. We offer
classic car financing for those that would like to take advantage
of the option. They offer great rates and terms with as little as
10% down and no prepayment penalties. This way you can get the car
