This is a 1974 beetle I spent 2 years restoring. The interior is 100% redone, the car is completely rust free. I know this because when I worked on it I stripped it down to the bare metal and fixed all of it, with new sheet metal not bondo. I had it repainted a genuine VW dark red. The floor pans have been replaced, and the undercarriage is solid. It runs and drives well (I have taken it up to 80 mph on the highway and it handles unbelievably well for a beetle). The old hoses were replaced so all the rubber is new in the vehicle, including trim for the windows and such. The stereo, speakers (both aftermarket), windshield wipers, lights, turn signals, etc all work. Basically everything not made of metal has been replaced or refurnished. If there is one quip I have to admit it's that the heater doesn't work since the hoses are not attached, but this is an easy fix if you really cared about heating in lower California. This is a numbers matching car, as the engine is original, as well as the hood and trunk lid. The only replacement part is the front driver fender. I have the title in hand and it is clean. Comes with red oak antique replica roof rack and new tow bar specially for the car. (Not in pictures).
