The 1955 Chevrolet Nomad has collector appeal as it is the
prettiest station wagon ever. It also had low production
numbersonly 8,530 were produced.The Chevrolet Nomad was introduced
in February of 1955. Its design was unlike any other station wagon.
From every angle it was stylish.This particular Nomad has remained
in the owner family for over 30 years. It was solid to begin with
and a complete restoration was just completed in the last year.
Exterior is Crimson Splash with a Sandstorm top. The paint is
clearly a top notch professional paint with no visible flaws. All
chrome and trim is in shiny new condition.The interior has charcoal
gray seats with red trim to match the exterior. The carpet is also
gray. The digital dash has been painted to match exterior and is in
excellent condition with no visible flaws.Engine is a 305 cid V8
Camaro engine with automatic transmission. Other features are power
steering, power brakes, and Vintage AC.This 1955 Chevrolet Nomad
runs and drives with excellent performance.It is a show driver in
excellent condition. All restoration receipts are on file as well
as photos of the car before and during restoration. All reasonable
