For Sale: 1976 International Scout in Denver , Colorado

Vehicle Description

Worldwide Vintage Autos is pleased to present this 1976 International Scout. These first generation Scouts have picked up attention lately and are very difficult to find, especially like this one. “The forward looking collector will note that classic trucks are just getting started - and there are plenty of underpublicized specimens out there” Autoweek Magazine February 2016. We scour the country for vintage cars and trucks like this and we rarely come across one like this! You must see and drive this rare Scout! HISTORY  The International Harvester Scout is an off-road vehicle which was produced by International Harvester from 1961 to 1980. A precursor of more sophisticated SUVs to come, it was created as a competitor to the Jeep, and it initially featured a fold-down windshield. The Scout and second generation Scout II were produced in Fort Wayne, Indiana as two-door trucks with a removable hard top with options of a full length roof, half cab pickup and/or soft top.  SOURCE:  WIKIPEDIA SPECIFICS / BUILD INFORMATION Maintenance and parts receipts dating back to 2006!
