This Chevelle has just completed a two year restoration. All the old paint was stripped to metal and any rust was removed and replaced. All the body work was professionally done with no expense spared.
The finish is a two stage finish, and has been finished with its correct SS hood. This final paint finish was cut and buffed to a show quality shine. A new windshield and wiper arms have been installed.
The engine is an original 1969 casting numbers correct 396 cu. in. LS4. It has been recently built with a mild cam Holley 750 carburetor and has been run on the dyno producing 400 HP. This engine sounds incredible with its new Headman headers and its Flowmaster exhaust. It has a date correct Muncie M-22 manual transmission with a new clutch assembly and bell housing. Cost of this drive train alone is in excess of 7,500.00.
The car sits on new 20&8243 American Racing Torque Thrust wheels in the rear, and 18 inch wheels in the front with new tires. The rear suspension gives it a perfect stance. The interior has been updated recovering the stock bucket seats, and has new door seals, and new carpet and headliner.
