The car was constructed for local Pastor Robert Fraley and he used it for local parades and car gatherings in Show Low, AZ. Car was always stored in garage or warehouse and was offered after his death in 2016. Fraleys Auto Service is still in business in Show Low, run by Robert's descendants.
