Frame up restoration of a solid no-rust car. PHS documented numbers matching 403 with a resealed auto trans. Beautiful new black paint with decals and a complete new tan interior including dash pad. Gauges are new or restored and work well. Has P/S, P/B, Tilt, P/L, P/W new glass & windshield, new door, window & trunk seals, radio & speakers, cold A/C new compressor & hoses and rare dome reading lite. New snowflake wheels and tires.
