This 1965 Ford Mustang was part of a garaged collection since 1993. With less than 80,000 miles, the engine has been recently rebuilt with a mild cam, Edelbrock 4 barrel carb, and Weiand Stealth intake manifold. It has a 3-speed automatic overdrive transmission, black pony interior, ragoon red exterior with white vinyl top, chrome spoke anodize red wheels, and chrome luggage rack. The body has no signs of rust damage and is in excellent condition.
The car has had a complete mechanical refresh in the past year including many additions to make it the perfect weekend or daily driver. Recent work performed by Desert Classic Mustangs of Tempe includes adding classic auto air conditioning; power front disk brakes; 4 new tires and spare; new shocks, springs, and sway bar; ceramic window tint; upgraded vintage look radio with i-pod connection; new fluids, belts, hoses, gaskets, and seals; new lower control arms, tie rods, bushings, and steering ram boot; carburetor rebuild; and halogen headlight kit.
