This 1962 Corvette convertible is mostly an all original car that has never been restored with only 25,250 miles on the clock. Assembled in St. Louis Missouri with a numbers matching RD-code 327 cu. in. block making 300 hp and 360 pounds-feet of torque with a 4-speed manual transmission finished off in one of the most desirable colors Fawn Beige Metallic Code 920 with a matching interior. The 1962 model year was the last Corvette with a solid-rear-axle suspension that was used from the beginning. With two new engines, it was also the quickest. Rocker panel trim was seen for the first time and exposed headlights for the last until 2005. This was the last classic Corvette model to offer an optional power convertible-top mechanism.
